Job Description
As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Concierge in Miami FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will welcome visitors manage access monitor activity and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer this visible role you will help to deter incidents while reflecting our values of agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity in every interaction.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity verify visitor access issue passes or credentials as directed and help to deter unauthorized entry through courteous screening and observation.
- Answer phones greet guests manage sign-in processes and provide directions or general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within the property.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Document daily activity visitor information and unusual events in required logs and reports and report maintenance access control and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be able to speak read and write fluent Spanish.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
