As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Concierge in Miami FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity verify visitor access issue passes or credentials as directed and help to deter unauthorized entry through courteous screening and observation.
- Answer phones greet guests manage sign-in processes and provide directions or general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within the property.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Document daily activity visitor information and unusual events in required logs and reports and report maintenance access control and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be able to speak read and write fluent Spanish.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
