Position: Tech Infra Program Manager II (multiple positions available)
Location: Arlington VA
Multiple Positions Available:
technical leadership for large-scale critical mission services or infrastructure projects using tools such as MS Excel MS Project MSWord Outlook Slack and Chime.
capital projects and create project schedules project risk and stakeholder plans integration management and procurement management.
Scope Management/Technical Solutions: plan scope develop requirements develop WBS maintain and control scope.
and coordinate design planning scheduling and risk management efforts between internal teams to develop optimal solutions for critical mission services or infrastructure build implementations including network equipment and related specifications site design and layout construction power and utilities.
and enforce project schedules and quality through Developing Activities Sequencing Activities Estimating Durations and Controlling Schedule.
and manage budget and contract documents including Requests for Proposals change order controls purchase orders invoicing and implementing cost controls.
Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze build processes and recommend design manage and implement improvements to procedures processes systems and standards.
stakeholder teams and peers to deliver mission critical services and infrastructure.
travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
(40 hours/week 8:00 am-5:00 pm Salary Range $132200.00/year to $171900.00/year)

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related technical field followed by 3 years of experience in engineering or product/program management related occupation.
Experience must include:
1.3 years of project management experience;
2.3 years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management;
3.3 years of experience in analytical quantitative communication and presentations; and
4.3 years of experience with MS Project MS Office and MS SharePoint.
