Job Summary

As our new Marketing Content Coordinator you will support the planning and execution of marketing content and campaign projects mainly for our Headset business unit acting as a key driver in bringing initiatives from briefing through to regional rollout. Working closely with senior marketing content leads you will contribute to the full lifecycle of content and campaign development collaborating across teams and regions.

In this role you will manage initiatives coordinate product rollouts and make sure marketing assets are produced on time and meet quality expectations. Working cross-functionally youll translate briefs into effective content maintain alignment with overarching strategies and support consistency across markets.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

  • Manage and support marketing content for product launches and campaign projects end-to-end from brief to execution and delivery

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing content and campaigns across business units

  • Act as the key link between Global Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency

  • Turn business objectives and product strategies into clear communication plans and impactful marketing content

  • Translate complex technical and product requirements into compelling creative briefs for internal teams and agency partners

  • Partner with internal media specialists to ensure integrated consistent and highimpact omnichannel delivery

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs

  • Continuously optimize content and campaign performance based on insights and best practices

To thrive in the role we imagine that you:

  • Bring experience from B2B marketing or project management

  • Have well-developed project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

  • Possess effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and levels

  • Have experience working in an agency environment or within a global/regional B2B marketing team

  • Have practical experience using marketing automation platforms and new content technologies or have a keen interest in them.
