The Assembly Repair Maintenance and Operations (ARMO) Supervisor oversees daily production operations ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. They coordinate with cross-functional teams manage standardized processes with some flexibility and provide technical guidance. The role includes supervising staff maintaining quality standards and adapting to client needs within contractual frameworks.

As a Assembly Repair Maintenance and Operations (ARMO) Supervisor youll play a vital role in overseeing daily production operations. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage standardized processes with some flexibility and provide technical guidance to the staff they supervise.

As a ARMO Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with personnel from the business unit to define operational tasks schedule production activities and resolve technical issues.
• Acting as the primary liaison between production teams and business stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Overseeing the implementation of standardized production control processes.
• Ensuring compliance with established procedures while allowing flexibility for team members to adapt methods as needed.
• Providing guidance and support to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervising daily operations assigns tasks and monitors team performance.
• Offering coaching and technical support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Encourages a culture of accountability safety and operational excellence.
• Managing interactions with designated clients based on predefined contracts and service frameworks. Exercises discretion to adapt to client needs within agreed-upon limits ensuring satisfaction while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
• Participating in production planning resource allocation and performance reporting. Analyzes production data to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a higher education degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Speak English fluently as a preferred skill
• Have at least 5 years experience in repairing/overhauling aeronautic/aeroderivative engines
• Have a background leading operational teams
