Objective:
Re Responsible for the efficient management of RTO processes including vehicle registration statutory compliance and documentation to ensure seamless coordination with authorities adherence to regulatory requirements and timely support to customers. .
Accountability:
Coordinate with RTO officials for timely submission followup and approval of vehicle registration documents. Ensure full compliance with applicable legal regulatory and statutory requirements related to vehicle registration and road transport. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of Registration Certificates (RC) insurance road tax hypothecation and other statutory documents. Handle processes related to transfer of ownership hypothecation addition or removal and cancellation of registrations. Address and resolve customer queries related to RTO procedures documentation and timelines. Liaise effectively with internal departments such as Sales Delivery and Finance to ensure seamless completion of RTO formalities. Track monitor and report the status of pending RTO cases and escalations to management on a regular basis. Ensure adherence to company policies internal controls and government regulations at all times.
Competencies:
Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstobuildandmaintainclientrelationships. ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(ExcelWordPowerPoint). Experience:

24 years of experience in RTO operations within the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of RTO rules regulations and documentation processes.
Experience in handling digital RTO portals and e-governance systems.
