Propósito del cargo

Ejecutar la operación de licitaciones (públicas y/o privadas) de punta a punta asegurando carga correcta y a tiempo anexos completos documentación vigente y seguimiento trazable de cada proceso.

Funciones principales

• Realizar pesquisa diaria de oportunidades (MP y/o plataformas privadas) y registrar en el tablero.

• Preparar ofertas: recopilar antecedentes completar formularios armar anexos y mantener evidencia (versiones/respaldos).

• Cargar y enviar licitaciones/compras ágiles según plazos y estándares (checklist).

• Gestionar consultas/aclaraciones fechas clave y estado de cada proceso hasta resultado.

• Apoyar gestión de boletas de garantía contratos y multas (según asignación).

• Mantener orden documental: repositorio vigencias y alertas al Coordinador cuando falte documentación.

Interacción clave

Coordinador de Licitaciones (QA y priorización) Comercial (requerimientos) Finanzas/Legal/Regulatorio/Marketing (documentos y soporte) Operaciones/Logística (muestras si aplica).

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en licitaciones y/o Mercado Público (obligatoria).

• Manejo de plataformas (MASNET Licitalab Falcon entre otros) documentación.

• Excel/Sheets intermedio-avanzado.

• Perfil muy ordenado metódico y confiable.
