Description
Manageand supervise dispatch on road and yard operations for unionized and non-unionized employees.
Create a positive work environment building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere.
Responsible for achieving objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard.
Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indices.
Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance coaching counseling and recognition.
Responsible for communicating and implementing policy procedure or programs.
Responsible for completing a variety of reports and documents.
All other related and assigned duties.
Education
University degree and college education or equivalent experience
Experience
A strong enterprise collaborator who builds trust and alignment.
A people centric leader who develops a high performing teams
Experience in managing cross functional initiative
Skills
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
