Professional Experience
- Experience in the funcion of management and service delivery
- Experience with ITIL Build practices in the field of service delivery (Incident Management Changes Problems Service Levels)
- Experience detecting deviations in service provision and creating proposals for mitigation and improvement actions.
Education
- University Degree (Required)
- Post Graduate (Preferred)
Languages
- Spanish and Englishwritten and spoken in technical settings (Required)
Hard Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud Environments
- Experience in similar projects performing the functions of management and monitoring of the service
- Familiarity of ServiceNow
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Proven experience working in international and multicultural settings.
- Collaborative and Proactive attitude
