Job Description
As a Security Officer Mobile Rounds in Montgomery AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location where you will monitor assigned areas perform routine patrols and remain visible to help discourage security-related this people-first role you will support tenants visitors and staff through strong communication and customer service while bringing reliability integrity and teamwork to every shift.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including common areas parking areas entrances and perimeter locations helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity in accordance with property guidelines helping to support orderly operations at the location.
- Prepare clear timely reports on daily activities incidents and/or property conditions and relay important information during shift changes and to Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- This is primarily a driving post.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
