Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles values and best practices
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness clear prioritization and well-defined acceptance criteria
Identify track and remove team-level impediments; escalate systemic risks and dependencies as appropriate
Support predictable delivery by promoting sustainable pace focus and flow
Enable transparency through effective use of Jira boards metrics and artifacts
Foster collaboration across engineering security and risk stakeholders
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives metrics analysis and actionable follow-ups
Support alignment to broader program and PI cadence as coordinated by the Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred (technology engineering business or related field)
3 - 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting agile delivery teams
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices
Experience working with Jira and agile delivery tooling

Must Have:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating within enterprise-scale agile environments
Scrum Master certification (CSM SAFe SM or equivalent) preferred
