Harmoniq Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant (Apartment Leasing Agent) to support COAST at Lakeshore Commons a modern apartment community located along the lake with trails green space and water views.

What youll do
- Greet and connect with prospective residents
- Tour apartments and amenities
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
- Process applications and leases accurately
- Help keep listings current and support community events
- Be a friendly reliable resource for residents
What were looking for
- Experience in leasing sales customer service or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable talking with people in person by phone and online
- Organized dependable and detail-oriented
- Positive team-focused attitude
- Interest in growing within property management
