Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Project Lead to support a Technical Project Manager on a high-impact data engineering initiative within an AI adoption program. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams managing project deliverables and ensuring alignment across business engineering and AI stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning coordination and execution of moderate to complex technical projects
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Develop project plans timelines milestones and success metrics
- Monitor project progress risks and deliverables
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate across data engineering platform and business teams
- Support implementation of data and AI-driven solutions
- Ensure alignment between technical and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading technical projects in data analytics or cloud environments
- Proven experience with:
- Data architecture data modeling and data warehousing
- Business intelligence big data and analytics projects
- Managing complex enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Experience with healthcare data initiatives (FHIR CCDA HL7 is a plus)
- Expertise in project planning budgeting forecasting and resource management
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Azure DevOps MS Project Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Certifications such as PMP PgMP PMI-ACP or SAFe
- Knowledge of compliance security and data governance frameworks
- Understanding of SDLC enterprise architecture and IT processes
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with AI advanced analytics or digital transformation initiatives
- Certifications in TOGAF Azure AWS or GCP
