Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. If you have a bachelors degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a masters level qualification we want to hear from you! We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role. If such supervision is not available a masters degree in social work or a related discipline is required.
A Day in the Life:
As a Foster Care Worker youll play a vital role in supporting children and families ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Your responsibilities will include teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation healthy relationships conflict resolution and effective communication. Youll collaborate with foster parents to provide training licensing and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care.
