Position:Full-Time 12-Month Administrator
Briggs Elementary School located in the heart of Florence serves over 450 students in grades K5 and is known for its strong culture of academic excellence and community engagement. The school features the innovativeFarm at Briggs a Farm-to-School program that promotes hands-on learning and healthy living.
The Principal serves as the instructional leader of the school responsible for advancing student achievement supporting a dedicated staff and fostering a positive safe and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead instructional programs to improve student outcomes
- Support and develop faculty and staff
- Promote a positive school culture aligned with B.A.R.K. expectations
- Engage families and community partners
- Oversee daily school operations
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Educational Leadership or related field
- Valid SC Principal certification (or eligibility)
- Leadership experience preferred
