The Clinical Operations Providertravels to NaphCare contracted correctional facilities to provide onsite training provider support operational consultation and when appropriate and necessary provides remote provider gap coverage. The Clinical Operations Provider will design innovative educational strategies that enhance clinical competency ensure regulatory compliance and support the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care in a correctional healthcare setting. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership operations and quality teams to assess training needs standardize educational content and support professional development initiatives that align with NaphCares mission and values.
