Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods including cold calling emailing and social media.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the benefits of AT&Ts services and products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain and manage lead databases accurately for tracking progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead generation and customer interests.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the organization.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales telemarketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
