Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods including cold calling emailing and social media.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the benefits of AT&Ts services and products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Maintain and manage lead databases accurately for tracking progress and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead generation and customer interests.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales telemarketing or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
