Our Customer & Supply Chain Operations and Procurement organization headquartered in Freising Germany offers a range of positions:

In Customer Operations you will be part of a team

  • Delivering world class customer experienceacross regions and industries
  • Acting as key link between our customers and internal partners
  • Driving supply chain and demand management to meet business goals
  • Serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to global customers
  • Overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle ensuring consistently great customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process

In Logisticyou will be part of a team

  • Taking ownership of TIs end-to-end logistics operations optimizing our transportation network between suppliers factories distribution centers and customers
  • Gaining a strong understanding of TIs supply chain & global supply chain dynamics
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective logistics solutions.
  • Acting as key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations

In Procurement you will be part of a team

  • Addressing all aspects of category managementincluding supplier management support category business plans market trends assessment pricing and product availability
  • Coordinating purchasing activities with manufacturing business units planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory and services in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Perform cost analysisand volume planning for major categories
  • Monitor the cost schedule and scope of assigned contracts to negotiate the highest quality at best value


Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams functions and cultures in a diverse international environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
  • Quick to learn new systems tools and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with resilience
  • Exceptional attention to details and commitment to quality in all deliverables
