In Customer Operations you will be part of a team
- Delivering world class customer experienceacross regions and industries
- Acting as key link between our customers and internal partners
- Driving supply chain and demand management to meet business goals
- Serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to global customers
- Overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle ensuring consistently great customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process
In Logisticyou will be part of a team
- Taking ownership of TIs end-to-end logistics operations optimizing our transportation network between suppliers factories distribution centers and customers
- Gaining a strong understanding of TIs supply chain & global supply chain dynamics
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective logistics solutions.
- Acting as key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
In Procurement you will be part of a team
- Addressing all aspects of category managementincluding supplier management support category business plans market trends assessment pricing and product availability
- Coordinating purchasing activities with manufacturing business units planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory and services in a cost effective and timely manner
- Perform cost analysisand volume planning for major categories
- Monitor the cost schedule and scope of assigned contracts to negotiate the highest quality at best value
QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams functions and cultures in a diverse international environment
- Strong relationship-building skills capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Quick to learn new systems tools and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with resilience
