Senior Certinia Professional Services (PSA) Cloud Administrator India

To support our continued growth we are seeking aSenior Certinia PSA Cloud Administrator to join our Business Technology Applications Delivery team. This senior role will be the technical owner and primary handson admin for our missioncritical Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce).

The ideal candidate combinesdeep solution mindset with advanced PSA Administration skills and Salesforce Admin skills and has a strong track record building scalable solutions for highgrowth SaaS organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead developer for PS Cloud initiatives guiding solution design defining technical standards and partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Certinia PSA configuration in configuring project milestones resource scheduling time/expense billing and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows user role field level security automation rules and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain and govern PSA system data ensuring accuracy in project records resource allocations and time tracking.
  • Possesses deep hands-on implementation and configuration of core Certinia PSA modules including projects milestones resource requests assignments and timecards. Drive continuous improvement of our PSA solution.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the PSA data model object relationships and end-to-end services processes to architect and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay current with Certinia platform releases and proactively recommend the adoption of new features (e.g. Workspaces Work Planner Intelligent Staffing Forecasting).
  • Utilize strong debugging problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues and maintain platform health.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PSA-related questions escalations enhancements and training.
  • Partner closely with Professional Services Customer Success and RevOps leaders to translate strategic business goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support UAT and change management activities for features and processes implemented.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Information Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform as Senior Consultant or Senior Admin roles.
  • 3 years of handson Certinia (FinancialForce) experience focused on PS Cloud (PSA); Customer Success experience strongly preferred.
  • PSASystemAdministration certification is required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin certification required.
  • Lead solution design and development across Salesforce and Certinia PS Cloud
  • Deep familiarity with PSA concepts (project financials utilization revenue time & expense) in a SaaS or services context.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance scalability and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical designs and tradeoffs to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments is preferred.
  • PSA implementation experience is preferred.
