Job Summary
Progesys Inc. is a recognized firm providing complete solutions for project management and seamless transition from construction to operations. Established in Laval Canada since 2002 Progesys also has offices in the United States the Middle East Asia and South America.
We are currently seeking a Quality Lead / Mechanical Supervisor a major industrial project. This role is key to ensuring high-quality standards across all project activities and guiding the team to achieve project objectives.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and define quality objectives
- Develop and execute the quality plan along with all associated QA/QC procedures
- Continuously review the QMS and implement improvements as needed
- Analyze contracts to identify specific quality requirements and communicate them to relevant departments
- Conduct internal audits and ensure proper follow-up with documentation and corrective actions
- Record organize and archive all QC documentation
- Perform statistical analysis of QC records to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in managing quality-related claims and corrective actions
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of team management experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality within industrial projects
- Experience working on construction sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
- On-site safety training
