About the Role:
The Associate Manager Consumer Connections plays a critical role in Hersheys ambitious brand building agenda uniting media creativity and capabilities to turn marketing investment into brand role will lead a number of key enablers such as corporate and team budget management marketing intelligence owned media (website and organic social) and the marketing planning role also supports initiatives led by the Senior Manager including agency management media measurement learning and development and marketing technology.
What will you do:
Marketing Investments:
Lead DME governance processes including budget allocation ongoing adjustments and risk/opp management to ensure delivery of corporate target
Marketing Intelligence:Track and communicate marketing communications performance including share of voice social listening competitive activity and other relevant trends/research
Marketing Planning:Lead all elements of the Marketing annual planning cycle including business review budget allocation and brand plan presentations as well as quarterly team meetings
Owned Media: Oversee strategy and execution for brand website as well as enabling ongoing communication through other owned social media channels
