DescriptionThis role involves support to individual insured persons guidance about health claims negotiating with insurers ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills patience and politeness and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless process.
The Role
- Organize and participate informative sessions for Group Insurance clients.
- Share renewal documentation with clients and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update employee benefits booklets for clients ensuring accurate records.
- Administer client accounts including support and guidance for claim submission escalations and claims monitoring until final settlement
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Experience in insurance broking especially in the Group Life sector (Group Employee Benefit Plans)
- Strong communication skills with insurers and clients
- Good level of English knowledge (both for oral use and writing)
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
