Drive the growth and success of strategic regional and alliance partnerships across Colombia the Andean region Central America and the Caribbean. This role owns the end to end partner strategy from building joint business plans to executing high impact go to market initiatives that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue across a multi country landscape. You will operate at the intersection of sales partnerships and customer success influencing how organizations deliver better customer experiences at scale. At Genesys we focus on helping organizations create meaningful customer and employee experiences through AI powered solutions and this role plays a critical part in bringing that vision to life through a high performing partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with internal leaders and partner executives across NOLA and the Andean region to shape growth strategies unlock new market opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of joint business plans with regional and alliance partners across Colombia Ecuador Central America and the Caribbean
  • Build and scale partner pipeline by driving co selling strategies demand generation initiatives and industry specific solutions across multiple markets
  • Own pipeline performance and bookings aligned to partner strategies ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets across the region
  • Drive adoption of Genesys Cloud solutions by influencing partner sales motions and enabling partner teams to position value effectively
  • Establish executive level relationships with partner stakeholders to align on regional priorities and accelerate joint outcomes
  • Design and implement go to market programs that increase partner capability certification growth and solution readiness across diverse markets
  • Monitor and communicate performance metrics providing clear insights to leadership on program effectiveness and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales pre sales marketing and partner teams to align execution and maximize regional impact
  • Expand partner capabilities by enabling vendor agnostic leaders and strengthening technical and commercial competencies

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with and through regional partners and alliances with a strong record of driving revenue growth across multi country environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner ecosystems within the software or SaaS industry
  • Strong experience leading cross functional go to market initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence decision making across organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Professional fluency in English required with the ability to collaborate effectively across NOLA Andean Central America and Caribbean regions
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization and navigating competing priorities effectively
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline and accountability for results
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics identify gaps and implement corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud based customer experience platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Background in building industry specific partner solutions or offerings
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and leading cross company initiatives
  • Familiarity with partner enablement programs certifications and capability development strategies
