The Healthcare Finance & Administrative Specialist / Financial Analyst supports financial operations budgeting and administrative functions within a healthcare IT environment. This role involves managing purchase orders monitoring invoices supporting budget planning and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Monitor and track departmental invoices and payments
- Resolve payment-related inquiries with vendors and internal teams
Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and maintain budget reports
- Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
Administrative Support
- Attend meetings and provide financial updates as needed
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Administration and office management
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Systems analysis and documentation
- Data processing and management information systems
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
