Job description
Job Description: Client-side Workday Test Lead Summary: We require a highly skilled Workday specialist to fill a critical gap on the client side focusing on rigorous testing and quality assurance. This role is essential for developing a defensible Test Strategy and ensuring the final Workday solution meets all quality compliance and business requirements. The successful candidate will drive the UAT phase and oversee technical integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vendor Deliverable Review & Quality Assurance: Review the Test Strategy Test Plan Test cases/scenarios and Test Results prepared by the implementation vendor. Perform rigorous design and technical reviews of vendor deliverables including integration designs and configuration plans to ensure quality completeness and adherence to the SOW and client operations. Review the configuration made by the vendor to ensure it translates complex business objectives into the system effectivAbout us
