Job Summary
Join The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Server -A.M. where you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests during morning hours in a beautiful coastal setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously during breakfast service.
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages with barista skills.
- Present menus take orders and deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.
- Other reasonable duties as requested
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server and/or barista preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Food Handlers Permit or ability to obtain one.
