REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems Business Risk Management or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on practical experience with SmartSuite including configuration and solution implementation.
Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and processes including risk assessment controls compliance workflows and audit functions.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Exceptional requirement gathering analytical and documentation skills.
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
Strong client-facing communication skills capable of engaging with diverse business and technical audiences
