Location: Marlborough MA (5 days onsite per week)

Minimum Qualification Required:
Domain Expertise in Banking Finance and Securities Industry.
Technical expertise in Mainframe JCL COBOL DB2 EASYTRIEVE CICS VSAM Scheduling Tools CHANGEMAN Remedy.
Proficiency & knowledge on Online and Batch Debugging
Professional exposure to work in Agile Methodologies.
Sync-up with teams to discuss new requirements & Work to Identify areas to automate.
Provide work estimates for assigned work & collaborate and work with multiple IT and application Teams.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical Issues during production batch and Intraday processes &Participate in Disaster recovery activities.
Nice to have Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
