Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Strategic Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of offer initiatives from intake through PAR approval to launch
  • Partner across teams to shape business cases align stakeholders and bring offers to life
  • Drive SKU enablement DMPS ticketing and execution readiness across systems
  • Maintain inventory and visibility into active and planned offers ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Manage timelines dependencies and risks across multiple initiatives for Biz Pro and Cpro
  • Develop and deliver status reports dashboards and executive summaries while maintaining clear documentation and sharing updates and learnings
  • Identify opportunities to simplify scale and improve processes using automation and AI

Requirements:

  • 5 years of program or project management experience (pricing offers GTM or revenue operations preferred)
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with approval workflows Jira/Confluence or similar tools
  • Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
  • Curious proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership
  • Energized by working across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
