MW Partners is currently seeking a Strategic Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Lead end-to-end execution of offer initiatives from intake through PAR approval to launch
- Partner across teams to shape business cases align stakeholders and bring offers to life
- Drive SKU enablement DMPS ticketing and execution readiness across systems
- Maintain inventory and visibility into active and planned offers ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Manage timelines dependencies and risks across multiple initiatives for Biz Pro and Cpro
- Develop and deliver status reports dashboards and executive summaries while maintaining clear documentation and sharing updates and learnings
- Identify opportunities to simplify scale and improve processes using automation and AI
Requirements:
- 5 years of program or project management experience (pricing offers GTM or revenue operations preferred)
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with approval workflows Jira/Confluence or similar tools
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Curious proactive and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
- Detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership
- Energized by working across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
