Job Description

Design and develop complete automotive seating systems

Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6

Design seat components: Foam Headrest Seat Plastic Cables Lumbar Trim Cover

Work on master sections vehicle integration packaging and concept creation

Knowledge of tooling and seat manufacturing processes

Maintain engineering release and change documentation

Perform complete seat packaging study

Knowledge of FMVSS regulations

Maintain DVP and DFMEA documentation

Strong understanding of seat manufacturing processes
