Location: Bohemia New York (Onsite)

Aerospace domain experience required
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems (3 years)
Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and drive corrective actions (CAPA)
Lead MRB activities and coordinate with Engineering Quality and Manufacturing teams
Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 8D 5 Whys and Fishbone methods
Review and authorize returned customer materials
Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures
Collect and analyze quality data from production inspection suppliers and customer feedback
Conduct Zero Defect Plans (ZDP)
Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports
Use Advanced Excel and data analytics tools
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
