Role: Cabin Rebrand Engineer
Location: Atlanta Georgia (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

The Cabin Rebrand team is responsible for transforming aircraft cabin interiors to align with the new brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design and produce programs repairs inspections and alterations related to aircraft interiors.
- Work on cabin commodities such as seats lavatories and galleys.
- Support Maintenance and other departments in execution of engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planning Engineering and Materials teams.
- Author and review engineering documents such as:
- Engineering Repair/Authorization (ER/A)
- Action Authorizations (AA)
- AMDS work cards
- Engineering Drawings (CAD)
- Ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance of engineering documentation.
- Maintain compliance with FAA DOT ICAO FCC OSHA regulations and Technical Operations Policy and Procedures (TOPP).
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Familiarity with FARs and DOT regulations related to cabin components materials finishes and flammability requirements.
- Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of STC and ODA certification processes.
- Experience with commercial airline military OEM or MRO environments preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise aviation maintenance systems such as AMDS Insight OTIS EARTH SCEPTRE or similar platforms.
- Four-year engineering degree (ME/AE/EE) preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to work with managers technicians engineers internal/external customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop action plans and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Negotiation skills with suppliers and external agencies.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based.
- Access to aircraft on active flight line hangars and MRO facilities required.
- Minimal hazard exposure expected.
