Role: Robotics Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Raymond OH (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Job Description

This person helps the factory robots work properly when building cars. They check if robots can reach parts weld correctly and finish work on time. They also study problems and help fix them before new car models start production.

3 5 years experience as Robotics Engineer
Execute plant investigation and feasibility studies
Perform developmental engineering including:
- Interference & clearance analysis
- Weld spot distribution
- Cycle time optimization
- Problem tracking and solution generation
Write equipment robot and process specifications
Conduct robot reach studies and simulation for weld sealing and handling processes
Knowledge of weld paint and final assembly processes
Support new car model introduction and production ramp-up
Software: DELMIA V5 (Must) 3DX beneficial
