Job Summary
Job Summary: On-site in NYC preferred open to seeing candidates from other Geos as well. Job Description - Onboarding new locations to our client (creating bulk upload sheets work orders in salesforce working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation submitting catalog/menu build tickets) - Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve - Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants - Managing all jira/ticket management - catalog integrations analytics data eng etc. - Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests - Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues -Handling backend invoicing issues and troubleshooting merchant pain points -Experience managing multiple outstanding issues/tickets at a time
