Job Summary
Description
We are supporting a fast-growing international technology company in the search for a Head of Financial Reporting and amp; Control a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO with global scope across multiple legal entities. The position is responsible for building and leading the group controllership function ensuring the integrity of financial reporting consolidation and accounting standards across the organisation while strengthening financial processes and establishing a scalable control environment to support continued growth. The role owns the full group close cycle (monthly quarterly annual) IFRS consolidation and financial reporting including P and amp;L balance sheet and cash flow while also driving improvements in accounting policies internal controls and revenue recognition within a recurring revenue business addition the position leads the development of the controllership organisation manages senior stakeholders across finance and business functions and supports finance transformation initiatives including ERP and consolidation process enhancements.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in audit accounting controllership or group finance
- Strong IFRS expertise particularly in consolidation and revenue recognition
- Background in Big Four or equivalent environment
- Proven experience managing financial close and consolidation in a multi-entity international organisation
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with ability to translate policies into operational processes
- Experience improving finance processes controls and organisational structures
- Exposure to fast-growing international environments (ideally SaaS software or recurring revenue models)
- Experience working with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
- Professional qualification (ACA ACCA CPA or equivalent)
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
Nice to have:
