If youre passionate about food and ready to support the creation of dishes our guests will love this is the perfect role to develop your skills and thrive in a supportive handson you will be and presenting dishes to company specifications maintaining excellent standards of cookery and your section and the wider kitchen clean tidy and hygienic throughout and recording food temperatures accurately following company food prep before and during service and restocking as portion control and minimising food waste to help maximise checking and storing deliveries safely following stock rotation and food safety clearly and professionally with the whole kitchen team to support a positive working all health & safety procedures including allergen policies hygiene standards correct equipment use and incident deepclean tasks as directed by the Head in highvolume food preparation and cooking (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.A passion for producing great food and delivering unforgettable guest to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and bank holidays.A Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).So why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
