DESCRIPTION:
This roleis responsible fortheperforming routine laboratory procedures transfer/verification/validationofmethodologyandproject work within the departmentto support manufacture and release of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
To perform quality control analytical testing of incoming goods intermediates and/orfinished products undercGMP conditionsfor QC release or as part of stabilitystudies.
To prepare technical documentationincluding but not limited to analytical write-ups standard operating procedures specificationsinvestigationsand reports.
To perform planned preventative maintenance and performance calibrations on equipment.
Toperformtransfer/verification/validation of laboratory procedures within the teamwhere.
Toassistwith technical troubleshootingrelated to analytical equipmentanalyticalmethodsor unexpected results
Tomaintainown trainingrecords andsupportand train other team membersas.
Toparticipateincontinuous improvement activities and look for further opportunities to progress the team/department.
To communicate effectively with others on site and internationally and toparticipatewith them in problem solving activities.
Ensure cGMP is applied in their area of work andcomply withcGMP in all areas of the business.
To work with HSE cGMP and 5S in mindat all times.
To carry out any other tasks which may befrom time to time.
EH&S:
Understand emergency procedures andcomply withsafe systems of work.
Ensure compliance with environment health and safety and security policies and procedures rulessignageand instructionsat all times
Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents near misses and breaches of rules
