Job Title: Analyst System Testing - Automation

Work Location: Hyderabad

General Summary:

The Senior Automation Analyst will review and analyzes requirements and develop and execute automation regression tests (Tosca Automation Azure DevOps) for applications across test and UAT environments. This position will also lead/monitor and execute automated regression tests to verify business and technical requirements have been met. They will proactively work with business functional analysts and Technology departments to create the overall test strategy and carry development through testing life cycle. They will also recommend and maintain automated regression tests and apply best practices for reusability to minimize the maintenance required to ensure product quality and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enhance and manage an automated test architecture that contains a library of reusable test cases that support the software development life cycle and maintain application consistency
• Should possess strong automation development skills and able to Design Develop Test and Maintain automation test scripts for applications across multiple environments
• Execute automation regression tests to ensure business and technical requirements traceability and complete test coverage.
• Develop maintain and run reusable data driven automated test scripts with Tosca
• Having knowledge on implement and maintainance of Test composition environment Test data container
• Coordinating with functional teams belonging to Sales Operations HR and Finance to resolve defects and closed within the required timeframe and ensuring that proper test result documentation and processes are followed as per the automation test strategy
• Partner with the Functional teams to ensure that automated test scripts are developed or modified to cover new functionality and/or enhancements.
• Adapt to the needs of the group to coordinate testing across multiple application areas.
• Provide project status reports with supporting regression testing metrics on a regular basis.
• Assist with creating and maintaining automation support documents surrounding standards policies and procedures.
• Ability to write run edit and update Azure manual test cases as required
• Attend project requirement and project review meetings as required
• Performance testing experience is a plus
• Demonstrating strong business understanding and suggest test solution for various business scenarios
• Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies with the flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills written & oral communication with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles including vendors and IT-business personnel.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience in the related field and tools (Testing basic SAP business Knowledge Azure DevOps Tosca)
