A little bit about the role:
We areseekinga talented and creative PowerPoint Designer to join our team. As a PowerPoint Designer you willbe responsible forcreating visually stunning and effective presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to transform ideas data and content into engaging and impactful presentations.
Whatyoullbe doing:
Presentation Design:
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements andobjectives.
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages andinformation.
- Create visually appealing slides graphics and charts that enhance the presentations impact.
- Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all presentations.
Content Enhancement:
- Translate technical or complex informationintoeasyto understand visuals such as graphsbasicinfographicsetc
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as images videos and animations when necessary.
Template Development:
- Develop andmaintainPowerPoint templates that align with the companys brand guidelines.
- Customize templates for various presentations ensuring a consistent and professional look.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with subject matter e and project managers to gather input and feedback.
- Act as a consultant providing designexpertiseand recommendations to improve the overall quality of presentations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thoroughquality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review presentations for formatting issues and make necessary adjustments.
Stay Updated:
- Stayup-to-datewith the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of presentations.
Leadership:
- Guidegive directionsupportand help upskill otherteam membersin PPT where necessary.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiencyin Microsoft PowerPoint including advanced knowledge of formatting animation and slide transitions.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability tomaintainconsistent design standards.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Creative and innovative thinking to create visually compellingpresentations
Good to have:
- Multi-market experience.
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologiesshowcasinga curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
