We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Tissue Field Services Plannerto join our Service Operations this role you will be responsible for planning and coordinating site services including maintenance activities audits and complex machine shutdowns. You will also support the Sales organization with installation and commissioning estimations for improvement projects.
You will work closely with service engineers sales and project teams operation teams across different Bas and areas to ensure efficient resource allocation excellent service execution and seamless customer experience.
Primary Location: Karlstad (Sweden).
Your Responsibilities:
In your daily work you will:
Plan and schedule site services including routine maintenance inspections audits and technical support activities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary field service teams to ensure timely execution of service tasks with high safety and quality standards.
Develop detailed work plans resourcing schedules and service timelines aligned with customer needs.
Plan and orchestrate complex machine shutdown services ensuring proper scope definition resource allocation risk mitigation and timeline coordination.
Support maintenance organizations with planned activities remote service coordination and resource optimization.
Collaborate with performance centers and technical experts to integrate data insights into maintenance planning.
Prepare resource and time estimations for installation and commissioning activities related to improvement projects and Technical Improvement Programs (TIPs).
Work with Sales and Project Management to develop accurate service proposals that reflect realistic resourcing needs.
Expectations for You:
We expect you to bring:
A technical background in mechanical industrial automation or process engineering (or equivalent experience).
Good knowledge of the tissue/papermaking process and related field activities (a strong plus).
Experience in maintenance planning field service coordination industrial shutdown management or similar roles.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple service events simultaneously.
Familiarity with ERP or service management tools.
Strong communication and customeroriented mindset.
Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and thrive in a fastpaced servicedriven environment.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
