DescriptionAs a Benefits Analyst at Honeywell you will be responsible for managing and analysing employee benefits programs with a focus on ensuring offerings align with the requirements of a diverse workforce and comply with applicable regulations. Your knowledge and skills are instrumental in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through proficient benefits administration.
You will report directly to the Senior Benefits Supervisor and youll work out of our Shanghai location.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for benefit initiatives across the North Asia region acting as a liaison among employees HR professionals and vendors to facilitate services related to Health and Insurance (H&I) Savings Pension Services and Supplemental Benefits. Additionally you will oversee the administration of benefits processes to ensure compliance with current government regulations and company policies.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs including benefits enrolment changes and communications for Group healthcare and Risk insurance Voluntary Benefits plan China Equity Plan filing support and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding employee benefits.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and respond to inquiries or escalations regarding benefits programs.
- Improve and standardize processes.
- Manage customer and vendor relationships.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed analysis.
