Responsibilities
WorkinconjunctionwiththeSolutionsEngineeringteamtogatherandanalyzeconfigurationrequirementsfromclients
Draftprojectplanscontainingtheimplementationdetailsandtimelinesincludingriskanalysis
Ensurethedeadlinesoftheimplementationtimelinearemet
CoordinatewiththeclientsinternalteamswhileoverseeingGlobalLinkproductimplementation
ExecuteandverifytheconfigurationtasksinGlobalLinktoolsbasedonclientrequirements
Actastheprimarytechnicalpointofcontactandpointoftechnicalescalationforclients
Assistthesupportteamwithanyclientconfigurationissues
BeinvolvedinthelifecycleofGlobalLinkproductsbyworkingcloselywiththeProductManagementteamreportingclienttechnicalissues andrequestingnewfunctionalitiesforproductsbasedondirectclientexposure
Becomethespokespersonoftheteamforoneormoreofourproductsifdesired
Mentornewteammembersasneeded
Preparetrainingsandprocedurestocontributetothecontinuousimprovementoftheteamswork
Contributetointernalprojects
Completeallothertasksthataredeemedappropriateforthisroleandassignedbythemanager/supervisor
Job requirements
Requiredqualificationsandskills
MinimumBachelorsdegreeoritsequivalent
Minimumof2-3yearsofexperienceinaclient-facingrole
ExcellentwrittenandverbalEnglishcommunicationskills
Projectmanagementandclientsolutionimplementationexperience
Investigationtroubleshootinganddocumentationskills
Effectivetimemanagementproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills
Collaborativeattitude
GoodknowledgeofLanguageTechnologyincludingCATToolsTranslationEnvironmentsTranslationPortalsLocalizationToolsMachineTranslationPost-EditingandTerminologyandTranslationMemoryTools
