Tetūranga The role

In this key role you will have an important impact through the delivery of transparency and accountability that enhance RBNZs reputation and help us deliver on our priorities. As an Accountability Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Strategy & Insights team within Enterprise Services to support delivery of the RBNZs strategic objectives

  • Leading the development and publication of the RBNZs accountability documents

  • Coordinating with teams across the RBNZ to report on organisational impacts and outcomes

  • Building and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.

Ōpūkenga About you

We are looking for a motivated collaborative team member who can work effectively under pressure manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • A demonstrated ability to deliver highquality outcomes

  • Proven experience collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • An interest in NewZealands political economy and/or regulatory environment.

Experience or technical knowledge of one or more of the following areas is desirable but not essential:

  • Public sector planning and performance frameworks

  • Accountability documents

  • Climate disclosure.
