A top-tier law firm in Sandton is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant / Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to an Executive Directors of the firm.
This role requires a highly organised detail-driven professional with strong legal secretarial experience capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level PA and legal secretarial support
- Draft format and manage legal documents correspondence engagement & billing letters
- Manage diaries meetings travel arrangements (local & international)
- Handle email and communication management
- Coordinate billing WIP debtor management and expense processing
- Support matter lifecycle management (file opening to closure)
- Assist with BD activities pitches reports and client databases
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document management
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders ensuring professional service delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Matric and Diploma and/or Degree
- 10–15 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary / Executive PA
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or professional services environment proven Track Record is essential
- Strong experience in billing WIP legal documentation and diary management
- Advanced MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
