This role is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community ensuring that all apartment homes amenities and common areas are in excellent condition. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills a customer-first attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Apartment Home Preparation
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing timely and high-quality turns.
- Inspect and repair appliances fixtures and HVAC systems as needed.
- General Maintenance & Work Orders
- Respond promptly to daily resident service requests and work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and appliance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Amenity & Grounds Maintenance
- Maintain all community amenities including fitness centers lounges and especially the poolmonitoring chemical levels cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Ensure exterior grounds and common areas are clean safe and well-kept.
- Customer Service
- Provide courteous respectful and timely service to all residents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing The Brix at Midtown.
- Ability to work on call hours.
- Teamwork & Efficiency
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet community goals.
- Maintain organized tools supplies and maintenance areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with property standards.
Qualifications: - 1 year of general maintenance experience preferably in residential property management.
- Experience with basic electrical plumbing HVAC and appliance repair.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available for on-call rotation and emergency maintenance needs.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
