Director of Finance

Panama City Beach FL
We are seeking an experienced strategic and detail-orientedDirector of Financeto join our growing hospitality organization. This leadership role will oversee financial operations across a diverse portfolio of properties helping drive sound decision-making operational efficiency and long-term financial success.
The ideal candidate will be a strong financial leader with experience managing complex accounting and reporting functions in a fast-paced multi-unit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations for multiple properties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements forecasts budgets and variance reports
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitor cash flow internal controls and financial compliance
- Partner with executive leadership and property teams to support business strategy and performance
- Oversee audits tax coordination and regulatory reporting
- Develop and improve financial processes systems and reporting standards
- Manage and mentor accounting and finance team members
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in a Director of Finance role or similar financial leadership position
- Strong background in accounting financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Experience leading finance functions in a multi-property or multi-unit environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong analytical organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Hospitality experience is a plus
