We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Team Leader to join a growing travel business in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced travel professional to step into a leadership role combining hands-on sales with team management and operational oversight.
Leading a team of Travel Specialists you will be responsible for driving sales performance improving conversion rates and ensuring exceptional end-to-end customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys coaching and developing people and is equally confident managing high-value client enquiries and complex bookings.
You will play a key role in shaping team performance identifying opportunities for growth and continuously enhancing service standards. With a strong focus on both revenue delivery and customer satisfaction this position offers a great balance of leadership strategy and day-to-day commercial impact.
This role is based in Singapore and therefore you must already be based in Singapore with a right to work in the region.
