Europcar Mobility Group est lun des principaux acteurs du secteur de la mobilité. Le Groupe est présent dans le monde à travers un vaste réseau et opère à travers plusieurs marques. La consolidation du Groupe contient plus de 80 entités et est marquée par un contexte de changements structurels dans son organisation et son périmètre.

Rattaché au Manager Consolidation basé à Paris (France) au sein dune équipe très dynamique vous participez principalement aux responsabilités suivantes :

Etablissement mensuel des comptes consolidés et des analyses afférentes dans le respect des principes comptables en vigueur. Plus précisément vous serez en charge de lensemble des analyses comptables et financières touchant aux éléments suivants:

• Périmètre de consolidation;

• Suivi anticipation business cases et enregistrement des opérations dacquisitions fusions cessions et liquidations du Groupe;

• Analyses IFRS 10 et IFRS 5 quand nécessaire dans le cadre dentrée ou sortie de périmètre;

• Analyse et impairment tests des goodwills et des unités génératrices de trésorerie (IAS 36) suivi des écritures de PPA historiques du Groupe;

• Analyse des restructurations du Groupe et de leurs impacts comptables (IAS 37) ainsi que lanalyse des contrats de cession et des clauses de garanties dans le cadre des cessions du Groupe;

• Analyse des impôts différés relatifs aux opérations ci-dessus et revue des impôts différés sur pertes reportables par géographie (IAS 12).

• Présentation des sujets ci-dessus aux auditeurs des groupes EMG et GMH ainsi quà la direction du Groupe.

Rédaction des comptes consolidés semestriels et annuel et préparation des présentations de la direction financière pour des reportings internes et externes;

Ce poste propose des éléments de gestion (reporting mensuel prévisions et budget) qui viendront enrichir le poste et vous permettre un apprentissage continu.

Léquipe de consolidation participe à de nombreuses missions au sein du Groupe (refinancements reportings internes et externe relation avec les actionnaires) stimulantes avec du challenge vous demandant adaptation organisation et vivacité desprit. Vous serez en contact avec de nombreux département de la direction financière.

Profil recherché :

Profil: Issu(e) dune formation supérieure en finance et comptabilité vous justifiez dune expérience de 5 à 8 ans au sein dun service comptable en entreprise ou en cabinet daudit reconnu.

Compétences & aptitudes: Professionnel et animé par un fort sens du collectif vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement international dynamique (la maitrise de langlais est nécessaire) et vous avez de très bonnes connaissances comptables. Autonome et réactif vous êtes doté dune bonne aisance relationnelle et être force de proposition.

Europcar Mobility Group is a leading player in the mobility sector. The Group has a global presence through an extensive network and operates under several brands. The Groups consolidation comprises more than 80 entities and is characterized by a context of structural changes in its organization and scope.

Reporting to the Consolidation Manager based in Paris (France) within a very dynamic team you will mainly participate in the following responsibilities:

Monthly preparation of the consolidated accounts and related analyses in compliance with current accounting principles. More precisely you will be in charge of all the accounting and financial analyses related to the below items:

• Scope of consolidation;

• Following anticipating participating to business cases and recording financial operations (mergers acquisitions sales liquidations etc.).

• IFRS 10 and IFRS 5 analyses when neededin case of incoming or outgoing entities.

• Analyses and production of goodwill and cash generating units impairment tests of the Group (IAS 36).

• Following and updating historical journal entries linked to Purchase Price Allocation of the Group.

• Analyses of Group restructuration (compliance and consistency) and their related accounting impacts (IAS 37).

• Analyses of M&A contracts especially in terms of general financial impacts (for instance: warranty clauses) in order to translate in accounting the potential risks of an operation;

• Analyses of deferred tax related to the above operations and review of deferred tax on loss carryforwards per geography (IAS 12);

• Present and defend above analyses to the Group auditors of both EMG and GMH consolidations as well as to Group management.

Drafting of half-yearly and annual consolidated financial statements and preparation of presentations for internal and external reporting by the financial department;

This position offers elements (monthly reporting forecasts and budget) that will enrich the position and allow continuing development;

The consolidation team participates in numerous stimulating and challenging assignments within the Group (refinancing internal and external reporting shareholder relationship etc.) requiring adaptability organisation and quick thinking. You will be on contact with several departments of the Finance team.

Profile :

Profile: With a higher education in finance and accounting you have at least 5/8 years of experience in an accounting department or in an audit firm.

Skills & Abilities:Professional and driven by a strong sense of teamwork you like evolving in a dynamic international environment (fluency in English is required) and you have a very good knowledge of accounting. Autonomous and reactive you have good interpersonal
