All About the Role:
Data-drivenanalystfocused on driving e-commerce growth through experimentation KPI analysis and personalization. This roleoptimizesthe customer journey acrossour websitesby leading A/B testing initiatives uncovering actionable insights and implementing personalization strategies that enhance product discoverymerchandisingengagement and conversion. The ideal candidatehasexperience improving the conversion rateof a D2C website through testingimprovedmerchandisingandanalysis ofsite performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and monitor core e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate add-to-cart rate AOV revenue per session and PDP engagement.
Identifyoptimization opportunities through behavioral data analysis funnel diagnostics and customer journey evaluation.
Design launch and analyze A/B and multivariate tests acrossthe entire consumer journey.
Leadexperimentationroadmaps in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop data-driven hypotheses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support rollout of personalization modules to improve product discovery cross-sell/upsell and customer engagement.
Collaborate withthe Sales teamtooptimizeconversionAOVand profitability.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure initiative impact and communicate results to leadership.
Ensure insightsdrivetangible business outcomes and revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Atleast 3 years ofexperience inmarketing analytics oronline merchandising.
Strong analytical skills with advancedproficiencyin Excel.
Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4 Looker Studio or Adobe Analytics.
Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Hands-on experience with experimentation and personalizationispreferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital funnels user behavior and conversion optimization best practices.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Ability toperformin an agile working environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability tocommunicatetoexecutives in aconcise and effective manner.
Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
