Job Summary
Job Title: ETL Developer / Business Liaison
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid 23 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Overview:
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Business Liaison to support enterprise data initiatives and drive digital transformation. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable data integration solutions in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align application architecture with business and technical requirements
- Design develop and implement ETL solutions and data integration workflows
- Create design artifacts POCs and technical documentation
- Deliver high-quality code and support peer code reviews
- Lead testing efforts including functional integration and system testing
- Support go-live activities and post-production issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure timely production support
- Lead data integration and data warehouse initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate system changes effectively
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience with Informatica IICS (ETL)
- 3 years of experience with Snowflake
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS ODI or CDATA
- Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting skills
- Experience with data warehouse and data mart implementations
- Knowledge of data integration data quality and data architecture
- Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling
- Familiarity with handling unstructured data
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Snowflake certification(s)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
