Job Summary

Hiring: Retail Risk Product Owner (CCAR / Loss Forecasting)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Risk Product Owner to lead the development of a Loss Forecast Platform supporting CCAR and internal risk processes. This role bridges business risk and technology teams to deliver a scalable and compliant solution.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory needs
Translate requirements into user stories and manage product backlog
Act as liaison between Risk Finance and Technology teams
Drive Agile delivery across full product lifecycle
Support UAT and ensure quality and compliance
Collaborate with model teams to integrate loss forecasting models
Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills

Strong experience in Retail Credit Risk & CCAR
Knowledge of loss forecasting models and regulatory reporting
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum product management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize based on business value and regulatory urgency
